Winery and Agriturismo
On this territory rich in history, culture, local food and wine, the Paradiis winery has developed its history with great dedication to the present day, always fulfilling the commitment to cultivate quality grapes using the most up-to-date knowledge in the field of winemaking.
Next to the actual cellar where the wines are produced, stored, cared for and bottled is the sales and tasting room, called “L’Ultimo Paradiso” – ‘the last paradise’, where you can taste high quality local cured meat, hams and cheeses. The agriturismo organizes private parties, events, dinners in the vineyard and tastings.
The employment of latest generation equipment during the various processing phases allows the reduction of the use of pesticides, with the aim of respecting the environment and following the latest agronomic trends. The attention and care for each grape variety grown on the farm and the exclusion of herbicides guarantee the quality of Paradiis wines.
